Faced with the enemy’s formidable forces, Li Bin considered retreating for the first time. However, the enemy had no intention of letting him off so easily; eleven Green Dragons surged forward, diving straight toward the Bone Dragons in Li Bin’s formation.

Bai Lingyu and the others behind Li Bin realized the gravity of the situation and dared not hold anything back. Trist immediately unleashed the Red Dragon he had just acquired to engage two of the Green Dragons. Reed, fighting alone, also took on two more; while he could not fully suppress them, he prevented the enemy from using their superior numbers to crush the assets Li Bin held dear.

Seeing more and more enemies closing in, Li Bin was filled with rage. Since entering the game, he had focused on an elite-troop strategy, relying on battle-hardened veterans. To be suppressed by sheer numbers was maddening. In his fury, he slapped his Undead Scorpion, ordering it to regurgitate all the corpses it had collected along the way. He then found a safe spot and began casting Necromancy.

Half an hour later, the mixed units under Teudina and Jessica were devastated, and Li Bin emerged with a grim expression. He shouted, "Suifeng, get over here!"

Suifeng, who was in the midst of a slaughter, merely glanced at Li Bin and made no move to approach.

Li Bin, past the point of caring about formalities, commanded, "Follow these troops and charge forward. I don’t care how you do it, but if you can lead them into the Town Hall, the mission is accomplished."

Suifeng was about to agree when he was stunned by the sight behind Li Bin. In just thirty minutes, Li Bin had converted all the collected corpses into basic undead units. Now, trailing behind him were three battalions of Skeletons, one battalion of Zombies, and six companies of Ghosts.

Though these troops were at most level three, their sheer numbers were shocking. Li Bin roared, "You think you have more troops? I’ll show you who has the numbers. Let me show you the true power of the Undead 'Sea of Bones' tactic!"

Bai Lingyu was invigorated by this display. He had always found Li Bin’s style peculiar; every other Necromancer player he knew relied on massive legions, never wasting the faction's greatest advantage on an elite-only path. Now, it seemed Li Bin had finally embraced the true strength of the Undead. Even if they failed to win, this experience would greatly enhance Li Bin’s capabilities, further strengthening Bai Lingyu’s confidence in him.

However, issues soon arose. Many of the Skeletons began to scatter in small squads, wandering aimlessly. Li Bin could only offer a bitter smile: "It can't be helped. The levels are too low, and my subordinates aren't skilled enough to control such a massive horde."

Bai Lingyu laughed, "Don't worry, you'll get used to it."

By now, the sea of bones had broken through the Treant blockade at the breached wall and were swarming two squads of Silver Unicorns. Though these Skeletons often perished after only a single strike against the unicorns, they never stopped their advance.

Seeing this, Li Bin sighed, "Sansheng, it’s your turn. Use your skill. Strip everyone of their ability to counterattack!"

"Everyone?" Sansheng was taken aback, having never received such an order before.

"Yes, everyone! Everyone in the city," Li Bin insisted firmly.

Bai Lingyu and the others quickly understood why. The fighting in the city was being carried out by Li Bin’s basic units—creatures so weak they couldn't survive a single hit, rendering the need for counterattacks irrelevant. But for the enemy’s Nature-faction troops, the loss of their ability to counterattack meant they would be defenseless against the relentless, multi-directional assault.

Soon, Li Bin’s low-level skeletons were wiped out, but they had inflicted heavy damage. Almost all surviving high-tier enemy troops were wounded, and many lower-tier units had been decimated. Li Bin quickly used the newly fallen corpses to raise another wave of basic units, launching a final, all-out assault alongside his original elites.

The Green Dragons fighting in the sky, seeing the carnage below, ignored their opponents and dived toward the city.

Though Reed didn't understand the reason, his draconic instincts forbade him from letting any enemy escape. He leapt onto a Green Dragon, his longsword driving deep into its body. The dragon tried to shake him off, but Reed, being of dragon descent himself, knew their combat techniques well and managed to pin the beast down.

The other Green Dragons, however, managed to fly back into the city. By now, the city belonged to Li Bin; after the sweep of his massive horde, few living enemies remained. Li Bin and the other players, protected by their personal guards, entered the city slowly.

Facing the Green Dragons circling above, they no longer felt the anxiety they once had. Li Bin and Bai Lingyu even began discussing how to distribute the spoils after the dragons fell. Curiously, the Green Dragons ignored the players and landed in the open space between three Magic Towers.

Their behavior piqued Li Bin's suspicion. The players exchanged glances, understanding each other’s thoughts, and charged toward the area with their troops. In the clearing, the remaining Green Dragons stood in a circle, guarding a glowing, golden egg.

"Hell, that's a Golden Dragon egg! No wonder it was so heavily guarded," exclaimed Arumu, a Nature-faction player, instantly recognizing the treasure.

Li Bin and the others began debating how to split the egg. Bai Lingyu suggested melting it down for gold before it could hatch; Trist wanted to sacrifice it to his deity; and Li Bin’s plan was even more twisted: he intended to curse the egg, turning the unborn Golden Dragon into an undead creature.
