Her delicate bare back pressed against the cool, smooth wooden desk. Luo Xing wrapped her arms around his waist, then suddenly thought of something.
“Gu Shiyan, you got off work so late. Have you eaten?”
“No...” came the muffled reply from beneath her.
Luo Xing pinched his ear. “Eat first.”
Gu Shiyan paused. He looked up. “You haven’t eaten?”
“I have. I was worried you’d be hungry. You ended up in the hospital with stomach pain last time...”
The rest of Luo Xing’s words were swallowed by a damp kiss.
She panted. “You’re really not hungry?”
“Don’t worry about it. I’m eating.”
“...”
Gu Shiyan’s hand moved over her back. His fingertips searched for a long while but failed to find the clasp.
Luo Xing took his hand and guided it to the front. “It’s here.”
Gu Shiyan held her close. “What brand released this new design? I’m blacklisting them.”
“...”
Luo Xing disliked talking during this sort of thing, yet Gu Shiyan was always full of shameless remarks. The phrase she said most often was only two words:
“Shut up.”
At that moment, Gu Shiyan tried to argue again. “I can’t, baby.”
Luo Xing suddenly slapped his shoulder. “There isn’t anything in the study...”
The two of them still had to return to the bedroom.
When Luo Xing touched the soft bed, she rolled across it in comfort.
Gu Shiyan opened the bedside table and searched through all three drawers.

“None left.”
Luo Xing sat up, clutching the covers, and stared straight at Gu Shiyan.
“I’ll have someone deliver some...”
“No!” Luo Xing objected. “Who calls someone to deliver that?”
They were both far too busy at the moment and had never even considered having children.
Gu Shiyan walked over, embraced Luo Xing, and kissed her. “Then forget it.”
He reached for the clothes beside him and was about to put them on when Luo Xing tugged at the garment in his hand.
“Wait. I remember that when we went out last time, there were still some spares in my bag...”
After saying this, Luo Xing pressed her lips together and shrank beneath the covers, leaving only her eyes exposed as she looked at him.
Gu Shiyan stood frozen for a moment before mechanically turning to search through her bags—there was more than one.
Luo Xing watched him turn the item over and over in his hands. His expression looked rather strange.
With her face flushed, she asked, “Did I buy the wrong kind?”
Gu Shiyan stared at her without answering. He slipped an arm around her waist, his Adam’s apple bobbing as he kissed her cheek and slowly leaned toward her ear.
“Strawberry, mango, grape. Which one does baby like?”
“Hm?”
Luo Xing did not understand why he was asking, but she still answered, “Mango, I suppose...”
Only when Gu Shiyan placed the item in her hand and told her to tear it open did she realize.
Luo Xing lifted it for a look, and her face turned scarlet.
Why—why was there really a mango flavor?
“I just grabbed one at random...” Luo Xing offered a strained explanation in her own defense.
“Lift your leg, baby.”

“No. I’m tired.”
Suddenly, the air rang with the sound of a tiny bell. Luo Xing’s pupils contracted as she opened her eyes and looked over.
Between Gu Shiyan’s long, slender fingers lay a black leather collar, with a round little bell hanging from it.
Luo Xing covered her eyes. “I’m not wearing that.”
She did not need to guess. She knew at once that it had been given to him by Ji Rutan, that shameless flirt.
Gu Shiyan brushed his fingertip against the bell, producing a clear, delicate chime.
“I’m not putting it on baby.”
“Then why are you holding it?”
As Luo Xing asked this, Gu Shiyan placed it in her hand.
“Baby, put it on me.”
“...”
Gu Shiyan tilted his head and kissed her cheek again.
“How about I be baby’s dog?”
Luo Xing covered his mouth with her hand. “You...”
Her helplessness was beyond words.
In the end, Luo Xing put it on him. Throughout the entire process, she kept one hand over Gu Shiyan’s mouth to stop him from speaking.
After a very long time, her raised arm grew numb, and she finally let go.
Freed from Luo Xing’s restraint, Gu Shiyan’s mouth once again filled with shameless remarks.
